Now that the layoffs have been announced and all remaining are fearing for their jobs, the tyrants that were in hiding have once again revealed themselves. They're again pushing their agenda as it relates to what THEY want, without regard as to whether or not it is reasonable or achievable. There are a few mini-Hi---rs out there that are TRULY enjoying the new structure as they have the power now to push around those that remain, knowing that those people won't say anything because they fear losing their jobs. So, get ready for a bunch of meetings and calls to discuss some id--t's idea of how things should be managed, even though they don't have a clue how to effectively manage a team, without being a tyrant!
