I don't understand everytime I see security they do nothing but play with roblox cubes. Why are they laying us off and not security. Security doesn't do nothing. They can just get concierge

Remember the active sho-ter drills a few years back? These guys are unarmed and aren't going to do anything to stop anyone from going postal.
The only service they're going to perform is to be human trip wires if somebody charges an Allstate facility. You'll hear it and then you better be looking for an exit.
See, you're supposed to hide and wait for the good guys with g-ns to show up. If you die screaming under a table or in a conference room, at least you didn't fight back and cause Allstate a nasty lawsuit.
Of course they are forced to quit or they get termed for not doing the process correctly
