Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

I'm really starting to hate my life.

Everyone in TMUS is walking on eggshells. Fear of not having a chair when the music stops is a reality for all of us. How can you possibly live a decent life working for this company?

You are not forced to stay. Feel free to find work elsewhere to relieve your pain and suffering. Goodness. LiveMagenta would be of great use for therapy too. Like seriously though. No disrespect.

Thay's Corporate America. If you look at the posts for other companies going through layoffs it's pretty much all the same

If you don't like it than you have the option to change careers.

KC managers are struggling too.

The problem isn’t KC employees. It’s KC managers and those who joined the leadership team. Absolute garbage. They don’t deserve such excellent employees in Bellevue or KC.

Just remember it is not who you are, it's only what you do. Don't give them the satisfaction of making you feel this way.

Good Kansas City employees were treated the worst.

If you are selected, you are the lucky one. If you are not selected, I would look for a job when you have the opportunity. I wouldn’t stay in a company that changed for the worst. They want cheaper H1B, college hires, and Kansas City employees.

Yes and at the same time act like you love the magenta cool aid. Faking it.

Many of us are in the same boat. Start looking for a new job. Many people I have talked to are doing the same
