We ignore Pulse seriously and encourage you take better advantage of your position to actually listen to your employees and ignore how you can save your own rear ends.
The freedom of a forum like this may feel overwhelming, but it is appropriate to enable employees to openly talk about the mess you have created to our membership. These are not just the whims of oversensitive employees, but essential concerns tied with the countless worthless EMG, like yourself, inside USAA and the incompetency you have created. Get off the ship and go work somewhere else so the employees can keep the ship afloat.
Please consider abandoning the worthless Post you have pushed so hard. We know there is malcontents inside USAA, perhaps those who feel they could bully employees will not go unnoticed. All this does instead is hide the poison known as middle-level EMGs who do not understand their organization's worth and make it worse trying to justify their own existence. We don't need 6 - 7 layers of executives between our direct manager to CEO.
If you continue to post here, do not be surprised if there is a correlation with unveiling how worthless executives are inside USAA.These posts will help uncover the toxic mindset within the exec leadership as many, not all, just care about their bonuses and egos.

I wonder how long it takes before Tamala forces her team try to post a rebuttal, but hopefully she has found some new fancy eye wear before highlighting some new healthy point incentive to earn a fanny pack at 4500 points to go with the unnecessary backpack.
