We are all doomed as long as current leadership is in charge. Bunch of self minded people.

Curious as to why F5 isn't reporting layoffs with the state as per the WARN act?

Rumors are in the range of 175-225 employees from across all theaters. Again, d-mb acquisitions that make no sense to the strategy and employees are paying off debts collected by the ELT.

Get those profiles and resumes polished, start the conversations with potential new employers because the market is over saturated with great talent/ people looking for jobs. For every open position, expect to see 500+ applicants trying to win that new opportunity.

they need to strip out VP and SVP, far to over loaded and agreed on the previous post. Customer Success is vital if you are a SaaS company....F5 set business is less than 20%...wasste of headcount

Once they announce earnings, RIFF FY24 1.0 will be announced. It could be well more than 150 employees and across multiple business groups. I mean its the right thing to do to ensure execs get their annual bonus attainment.

Welcome to the new F5!

Productivity, morale and engagement "go to the roof" when, at the back of your head, you constantly think, "I may be the next on the list". One positive outcome is that it reminds everyone that a job is a contract: employees exchange knowledge and time for money. Nothing more. No overtime, free work, or "going above and beyond". Keep skills up to date, constantly engage with job or contract hunting, and most importantly, believe in yourself and navigate the market like a one-person business.

heard that they built their Customer Success team very quickly. Suspect that may be an area to reduce head count.
