Any insight into the glint survey? Is it worth completing? If so does adding comments help or not? Is it truly anonymous or can they track and target someone if they don't like the comments? Does anyone expect changes/actions as a result? Is it a bigger statement to just not complete it--ie: no response is a response. Any suggestions are welcome.

I don't care much anymore so I like to vent. Still be careful what you say.
Managers cannot see who says or enters what so it is anonymous from the POV. If you puts something really offensive or whatever they could follow up with HR to get which user entered what, but it would be quite a process so generally they wouldn't even if you are putting negative comments.
100 or so questions, probably 5 on comp and ben.
For the past 10 years, for me at least is like
Do we look after you? Fu-k no
Would you recommend Oracle as a place to work? Fu-k no, unless you get a 30% raise on joining to counter the lack of shizzle you'll get in the coming years
Granted, my managers have always been cool so 5 for them, but anything related to pay etc.. is a 1. Always. It never does any good; for all the hyperbole from the muppets up top, and all the hoo-fu----g-rahh about we did BANK in FY23, the employees get the bird. I talk to many people and everyone I talk to says they have zero respect for Oracle in this regard.
I’ve complained and vented on the survey many times and never had any repercussions. Some will disagree but that’s my experience. I will agree though that nothing ever changes.
If you want to complain, write something constructive and stick to facts. At least that way you’ve done your part.
Do NOT do the Glint survey. Its NOT anonymous, and is tracked to your SSO. It clearly states its not confidential! If you complain, you're then targeted for the Thanksgiving layoff. Nothing changes if you complain. It really is the most useless survey at Oracle.
I have been with this company over 20 years, it’s a complete waste of time, I don’t even bother filling them out anymore. This is setup is so HR can have something tangible to point to and say hey we do try and to “ listen to employees”. Should anything with department of labor happen they have this.
Literally nothing will change. I worked with a ton of stiffs in one of the GBU's. Tons of mgmt who were overcompensated and could be replaced with audio recordings. We all complained about a ton of stuff. It's sad, cause most of them didn't earn their gigs. The survey is just to appease some legal requirement.
I usually complain about diversity questions. Just to bug a millennial HR who reads that. If I get canned over this in Oracle of all places, so be it.
It’s useless. I have said for years they have no compensation plan and nothing ever comes out of it. They act on nothing.
Don’t complain, or you’re dead.
They know everything you say!
Praise your management. You will be fine. This is a joke.
