FDS have just been told that overtime is all but banned unless you are on OOH rota.
That is untrue merit review happened at DXC, just no merit pay increases were approved ?
FDS is a not-for-profit company
No idea what fds's fte rate is or how much they pay their staff but that figure seems super low to me. Like not making a profit low. You do realise an employee costs more than just their salary don't you?
FDS needs to grow a pair and charge DXC a fair price so that it can reward staff fairly
My client pays DXC €12000 a month (€144k) for each resource but FDS charges €70k per year, that's €74k profit at least per resource DXC is creaming off to pay for Ferrari + Man United + Exec Pay.
The situation with FDS was always a dark art when I was at DXC, lesdership very much insistent on us viewing them as a separate company despite functionally being part of the wider whole. You guys weren't much better off than us either.
Notice that when DXC were told about getting paid for having security clearance FDS was told that as we are not part of DXC and the LT didn't know anything about that FDS was NOT getting that payment.
When good happens in DXC (very rarely) FDS is NOT part of them and do not get the benefit. When sh1t happens in DXC FDS is strangely a very big part of DXC and suffers the same.
Our LT need to sort out exactly how we are affiliated with DXC.
