to be honest, area managers, directors and vp's need to be terminated. they bring zero value to the company and their basic function is to harrass the ones who do.

I sent an e-mail to my Area Mgr and Director as follows "Metrics need to be run to see which employees are on other carriers with immediate termination to follow." It will be referred to our VP. Thanks for the suggestion Guys!!
