If Q wants to have a shot at navigating this inflection point, they need to wipe the slate clean and bring in new leadership at ALL levels. This means 90% of status collector class needs to be removed.
Companies rarely get a chance to reinvent itself. The biggest objectors to such a pivot are going to be the people who are currently benefiting from the existing system.
Adapt and grow the company or stagnate and ki-l the company.
