Does Wells Fargo Auto pay monthly bonuses to it’s collections agents? Or just the hourly? I recently got hired and I’d like to know.

Take a breath bro, those are two huge sentences.
How is it that you just got hired and you don't know the answer to this? I feel like you are faking being an employee of this department because that's the one thing that you would be told about by the recruiter and or hiring manager when you get your offer. And even if I answered this question I could be wrong because it's been years since I've worked for this department and as far as I was told is that all collections whether credit card or Auto no longer make bonuses because apparently it has something to do with not wanting anymore issues in the media.
The Wells way, I like that. You are well qualified to coach OP.
Wells Fargo Auto has excellent recruiting practices.
I get monthly bonuses, but I collect by repossessing cars. We got three flatbeds, a pitbull, and log chains, we repossess the Wells way. Send em a gift card to a nice restaurant good for one night, then pull that flatbed up and hook it up.
How did you slip by? I guess Wells Fargo doesn't have a good QC process. LOL
@jtx What are you complaining about? You want jobs stay in the US and it is in this case. Can’t stop whining again?
Ok I see now, Wells Fargo HR screens out many qualified candidates and accepts many incompetent candidates who do not even know his/her own job description.
You….uhhhhh………I foresee an Exceeds and many well deserved promotions in your future. Welcome!
I thought Auto was going away
Took the job without knowing?
You’ll fit right in
wouldn't that be a question you ask the recruiter or hiring manager? I would think it should also be outlined in your offer letter.
