Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

How were layoffs done?

I'm asking because my manager asked for a detailed report of (what they think is) all my work and statuses within the hour yesterday and my bi weekly one on one with my director is 2:30pm on Friday.
Was it over teams? Was it during a one on one? Who was your meeting with? Any info you feel comfortable sharing is appreciated!

Didn’t get laid off but some members of our team did. My experience: Dept. wide MS Teams meeting was scheduled on short notice (less than 60 mins from invite to start time). Leader joins and is careful not to start until everyone is in attendance. Once everybody was present, Leader dove right in and said everyone on this meeting is safe, everyone else is gone (or will soon be gone).

Yes, over a Teams meeting that was supposed to be a 1:1 with my people leader but then the HR business partner suddenly turned up. Asking for a detailed report on how time is being spent sounds familiar. I hope it's not your time though. Good luck!
