F**k up, move up. That's the Allstate's plan.

Just listening to him bloviate on and on about a company that doesn't even exist except in his head was pretty nauseating.

The damage he did to our ability to deliver technology solutions can't be understated.

And his 'learning organization' clap trap was always infuriating. It's not a learning organization when you tell people what they have to learn and when they have to learn it by lest it shows up on their reviews.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

100% good news. I left Allstate a few years back (thank goodness), but even back then, Suren was utterly hopeless. He completely decapitated CompoZed Labs - which was Allstate's only hope of remaining competitive technology-wise - and replaced it with allowing the old-school PMO types to introduce SAFe, which is the death knell of any tech organisation.

Also made some of the worst hires ever underneath him, and never dealt with obvious systemic issues.

He should have been gone years ago.
