The transformation of American adjusters not taking inbound calls is working. They handle very few inbound calls as the push to self service, the vendors and India is working as designed. It will be just a few more months before the rest of the work types follow suit. Thanks for all you do / did for our customers.

I find it interesting that the high risk cyber country list does not include india. If you read Allstate India Glassdoor and India Indeed Allstate India reviews they are not good. No worrys though, India did not make this list as a cyber Risk country.
I’m so tired of this place, I can’t wait to get laid off. I’m only sticking around because I’m hoping for severance and I can put in minimal effort and no one cares anymore. It’s wild, even management is so beaten down at this point.
Good. I can’t wait. So sick of this place. Just waiting to see the place crumble as I look elsewhere.
