Word we are hearing is that most Claims impacts may be pushed to early 2024 until all vendor and India areas are totally up to speed. But who really knows at this point.

Will the layoffs start soon (like early Sept) or later in the Fall??? Need a general timeline.

The second poster is exactly on point. As a former manager, I know how it works. When the company is in layoff mode, front line managers are told that they will be held accountable to make sure that they are accurately rating low performers….so it will be easy to eliminate them…That is likely what is occurring right now and another sign that another purge is right around the corner.

Probably to rank employees ahead of future layoffs, with low rated employees and managers being targeted. Remember to tell your manager it was a bumpy road, but you executed well.
