What will the restructuring look like?
I agree digital overhired. A lot of that was down to being given money to spend. But digital did deliver P&L value. If you disagree, you clearly don’t understand technology. But stating that all/most of digital employees were not worth it, is downright ignorant and narcissistic. They are good people who got caught up in bad decisions of management.
Get rid of digital over paid/hired and incompetent employees . Sh---y leadership.
Digital teams were the most bloated and overpaid set of hires ever. HR and leadership allowed them to be treated differently and it yielded zero impact to the P&L. it could of been why the stars rating(?) took a hit.

Digital needed a good flush. Long overdue. That team was full of ignorant pompus clowns. The cvs app su-ks. So many errors, crashes. It is terrible to use. That's what you get when you hire unqualified off shore labor instead of qualified American workers.

With such a massive layoff, you have teams and work areas left without balance. Re org will definitely happen. I’m not sure how it will shape up but I’m worried for the future of independent “digital”.
