As a cost cutting measure, it appears P66 has been shedding its most valuable asset, its loyal employees. Yet after the McKenzie sla-ghterhouse, and now a new consultant to review the old consultant, it seems the company is still funding Stony Island for the elites. Can anyone help us understand that? Have any real contributors to P66 success ever been there?

All ELT members are allowed a week where they and their families can go to partake in Stoney fun. They believe it’s so important for them because they need an excursion where they will not be recognized and harassed. Don’t you know the ELT are as amazing as U2? Everyone wants to talk to them and their families since they are gods gift to business. Lady Z is so important that Hess booted her out so she can lead two major failed IT initiatives at P66 and try for a third one. But hey… as long as you can name drop some names that’s all that they care about.

I don't understand why they don't shut stony island down until the economy gets better if it's 5years away

It’s a “Fantasy Island” of sort, I guess with a modern Mr. Roarke and Tattoo. Golf, hunting lodge, fishing grounds, private chefs, full time paid staff. Plus the cost to get people there. You know, the first things that should be cut when a company is claiming it needs to restructure to save money. But who are we……safety first.
What do we have on Stony Island?
Ah, it is Ben Hur’s escape from DCP integration and the realities of running the business day to day. It provides special respite from his people and needing to motivate them.
Sadly, the island is a symbol of bloat and a bygone era that we cannot let go of. Ben is not the only one partaking of its charms as we are now in “Stony season” and all of the ELT indulge in the hunting and fishing that take place there.
Let it go voluntarily before you are forced to give it up.
