Looks like the incompetent SSD management has come up with a new way of pushing people out. They have created a set of new criteria to evaluate people. They are trying to show that engineers are not performing at their newly concocted job descriptions. Hence, making an excuse to lower engineers’ job grade. Management is evidently clueless that they cannot simply manufacture job incompetence if engineers without first making those goals for people. Thus may be a new ploy to fire people.

Standing up against slag on the internet looks pathetic, after sitting silently through wave after wave of targeted layoffs.
Equality shouldnt be about removing people you dislike or fear.

The new grading plan is likely just another way for executives to target older workers... or should we say age inflated wage earners.
Anyone who use “re--rded” as a pejorative shouldn’t be laid off. They should be fired. Bigotry and stigmatization against people with intellectual disability is just wrong.
