You don’t feel your value right now, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t there. I was promoted twice in the last 2 years and received 4 and 5 ratings and my position was still eliminated.
Hard not to think you somehow failed. I would have appreciated knowing how I was chosen, since I always had very positive reviews.
