Does anyone know what to do with company stocks? Sell now before a possible layoff?

Never sell the stock unless you’re desperate for cash. I never sold mine and Ileft 4 years ago.
I stopped putting money to buy stocks. Period.
what about some options we have, i believe we need to sell them or convert them to stock?
Less dead weight tends to lift valuations... so, probably not...
