I recommend Sandra Rivera be put in charge of this organization. As she said in a recent interview, 'I am a utility player... I can change cultures... I can create new businesses... I can turn things around... '

The whole thing is embarrassing...

First Pat starts talking about beating Intel in discrete graphics in 2010 when he didn't even have a product. Jensen whacked him with the, "we'll open a can of Whoop Asze on Intel'.

Server and datacenter has always been Intel's focus segment. Now look, NVidia is competing for scare dollars in the data center.

BTW, we should learn from history. Pat claiming he'll catch up to TSMC and start competing in foundry services is even more laughable then claiming graphics or ai... At least in graphics and ai, INTEL SHOULD have been able to compete because it had core competencies that were very close. However, in contract manufacturing, Intel is competing with a much larger, strong and capable competitor with much lower costs. This is going to end up a lot worse then discrete graphics and the datacenter failures. Trust me. By my estimates, this is going to cost Intel shareholders 50 - 100 Billion before they finally are forced to pull the plug.

Nvidia is on track to beat Intel on revenue this year. Based on the trends, next year it may be close to double Intel's.

Supermicro says there is no demand for Gaudi with IceLake. Meanwhile Gaudi2 with SapphireRapid not in 2023. No idea how SATG is going to make $$ on it.

Also a long time IT person here, if the whacked about 1/3 old grades 10 and up it wouldn’t hurt a thing.

Many services are not necessary for the business to successfully run the sooner you realize this the better off you will be.

As a long time IT person can tell you we are posted down to the core. Any further cuts will impact services. It is fashionable to blame IT for everything. Do your job sincerely instead of pointing fingers.

The Arizona Information Technology site Manager is remote or is never ‘onsite’. This is how much sense this department makes, someone could not make this sh-t up if they tried.

Greg is being protected by Pat. OCTO/SATG is also using Gaudi as an excuse to avoid CPM. 1.5years into execution, there is nothing to show for. No idea how long this clown show will go on before the circus tent collapses.

The worst is in front of Intel. Pat is still looking through the rear view mirror so he cannot see it.

Expected - this organization contains departments like Information Technology. Reductions of >50% can happen there with no impact to Intel. These departments have hundreds upon hundreds of directors, grade 10 and 11 individual contributors that I do not see contributing anything of substance.

When is the house cleaning Greg? Do your fu----g job!
