KLTC already at sites pretending to clone....ahem, sorry, to be a team member. Like all movies involving clones, only 1 will survive........it will likely be the one that cost less.......

Just like reducing the amount of truck drivers, they will reduce whatever they can to save a buck in every other field they can. They do not care about you.

Three ExxonMobil BTC employees do the job of one Canadian Imperial employee.

We are great doing math.

Don’t be fooled, EM has a master plan.

If your job can go to a BTC be worried...just a matter of time.

I am not making the effort to teach BTC people how to do their job.
I am just watching the whole thing implode.
Anyone looking to get hired here should run to the hills.

Yes, we in Canada are expensive. That is why 3 people are being hired in India to do my job in Canada. After explaining the work 3 time in 3 separate meetings, I still end up staying up late to do the work myself. What an amazing cost saving.

Can’t wait to get fired!!

No secret to push more work to BTC, GBC and other outsourcing locations.
We continue to train our replacements.
Shame.

Likely 10% across the board, and support functions will see more as work will be transferred to the BSCs.
