Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Does USAA employ an "Aspirational Goals" program that is kept secret from members and the public and establishes quotas for hiring?

Pretty obvious that’s a yes. The other thread about this was deleted. Guess they don’t want the word getting out to the employees

Just got a google alert about a STARSS letter.

Given that Wayne speaks so glowingly about ESG and every other social engineering theme that B-R pushes on companies that it controls... probably.
