When do Band 4 managers get their bonuses? This furlough no sense has me wondering.

They give you your bonus. Then for doing a great job. They’ll give you a furlough later on. Some of you might even get RIF’s. Remember, you make Honeywell’s future. You’re a RIF or furlough future shaper.
