With the recent compensation package that the drivers will be getting will surpass what UPS are paying their On Road Supervisor who managed the drivers. How can UPS On Road Supervisor manage drivers who are getting paid more than them and the Teamsters compensation package is better than the health benefits that management gets. Management has to pay for their benefits. UPS needs to increase on road supervisor pay by at least 750 monthly.

Paying low end management with stock options and bonuses IF... they meet the numbers creates a lying mess just to be paid. Pencil whipping the numbers is not good for any company or employees. Executive high-end management receives bogus numbers and therefore makes poor decisions and effects profitability. Truth in numbers solves problems.
What state were the management layoffs in?
In my area 100 people in management were laid off with for no apparent reason they didn’t go base of performance or seniority 100 random people lost their job and my conclusion is the result of the union contract.

Couldn’t agree more all the on road sups are upset they are not getting paid fairly for what they do! Gonna be a huge management leave or uproar!
Simple, UPS will just get rid of all of the FT on road supervisors and replace them with part time 'on road' sups that monitor from a PC in the office. If the job can be off-shored it will be
What is the current pay scale for on car supervisors?
On road supervisors are not union and therefore are not seen as fighters for their own rights. So they get stomped on easily .
