I really do think he has the right mindset and has the FI background needed but I am starting to wonder does he see the talent being hired under and around him coming from Amala’s Region’s wheelhouse as really up to par folks ? One let down after another and not in any way in roles they deserve - and I mean all of them she hired in. I want to believe Witty knows better right? All of those hires who are his directs now are absolutely not VP , AVP material.

True she is putting her buddies in bigger roles than those they could ever imagine. Her Chief Privacy Officer with no privacy background and was on last leg at Regions, Jodi Cherry who has been gifted this role . Witty is making the money he wants, does he really care? For those old timers we know the drill some revolving door stuff on the horizon.

@3xbb+1o3aYayH Exactly! She hired her buddy to be Chief Privacy Officer and I wouldn’t be surprised if she replaces Agrawal with another friend. Like they say…Jason can’t go against his boss with the hiring.
I had high hopes when Witty was made interim CAO after Andrew left. A lot of us hoped he got the job. But WP had other plans and brought in the hatchet job expert.
I’m sure that had to affect JW’s morale and now that he knows there is no chance for him to make EC, I’m sure he’s doing what he can to survive until a better offer comes along.
I just hope he doesn’t get blamed when Amala cuts staff and technology so much, he can’t protect the association from a data breach.
