Many Allstate India roles being moved to a vendor which has most of their employees in South Africa and Philippines. Around 1/3 of Allstate India roles are said to be rolled there.

Boss Patel knows what is coming to Allstate India. But much like their onshore counterparts they lie and deceive like their superiors tell them.

I heard Somalia and Papau New Guinea have even cheaper labor Tommy, let’s send our 40 year policyholders to them for claims and policy service! We can even start the Allstate English language school for 3rd world exploitation! Sure it will take a few years to get them up to speed but it’s pennies on the dollar!!
