Was in a meeting with leaders and it was announced that there will be no new hires for at least a year. Came from that guy Di-k or Dirk, whatever his name is. Funny this was said the same day as layoffs across Moptum

the people downvoting the guy mentioning theres a lot of job openings dont want to look for jobs they want to be handed jobs. pretty typical of lazy people always complaining
There are a lot of job postings currently across the organization
Hiring freeze has been in place since early this year. Travel is restricted to urgent matters only. Replacement positions cannot be filled without approval at the highest levels. Meanwhile the new off shore staff has barely contributed a single point of work for weeks.
Are the internal postings listed just ghost positions then?
What about internal transfers? Or internal hiring? Any cluesy?
E&i has been in a hiring freeze since may and it will continue until at least 2024
That was already announced to entire CPQ team from Dr Frank 3 months ago. He said hiring freeze until end of 2024.
