What time are yall on when the 12pm shift gets there? How many orders for the day?

My club also has ship from club. 800 items to pick with 1 associate packing and 1 picking. 3 associates in cpu with 100+ orders 1000+ items. My lead comes in at 6 am and does 3 o’clock orders. Without the heads help they can’t get past 2 o’clock orders
I wish our team lead closed. We are lucky if she closes twice a month. I'm a closer and the managers never let us pull orders for the next day. If we are lucky enough to get done by close they have one dispense and pull the other to zone. Lately though we dont even have time to do the canceled/returns item.
We open with 3 associates with one of them leaving at 10 am everyday we walk into 110 to 130 orders with about 1200 pieces give or take the day of the week Thursday and Friday always has bigger and more orders we only get to the 2pm orders. We don’t have a mid shift and only one to 2 closers our team lead closes everyday
Anywhere between 150-200 orders. 1500 plus items. 2-3 cpu associates on a good day maybe 5 cpu associates. If we get a mid shift associate they do .com orders and the rest will usually do yo to 2 o’clock orders
If we are lucky the 2 pm orders with so many orders and understaffed it’s hard to get any further especially when night crew don’t start the orders for the next day
