While the competition knows how to get the best out of employees, Alteryx does everything to make us lose all motivation. The lack of appreciation we receive is unbelievable and I'm starting to feel more and more unwelcome here.
Sometimes I wonder why they hired me at all if they didn't intend to treat me fairly and correctly.

I went thru 5 managers in my time at Alteryx and I always felt like they did care, especially my boss at time of RIF. Mid level managers get sh-t on from above and below and are now all scrambling to deliver without their high performers. The board needs to hold Mark and his buddies accountable for the destruction of the company’s value and culture.
