All companies are asked to layoff a percent of their employees by end of this year. This might lead to closure of projects, teams and layoff in bulk. If you are in Job hunt, try to find something quickly.
Note that this situation might take some additional time to recover based on budget allocations.

Only a fantasy if you think you are above the law. You don't get to harm Oracle and get away with it. LE does not allow people to take advantage of "his" company and the IRS, DOJ and SEC do not allow publicly traded companies to not follow rules, regs and laws made to protect shareholders and employees,

Ridiculously false. Expect a lot of AI company CEOs to get huge bonuses from all the investors the hugely successful marketing campaign has brought in. After constant walk-backs on AI capability and costs which have already started...

do not leave if you truly think you're getting laid off. take my word for it. plus...you DO NOT get unemployment if you leave for nothing. duh. just wait it out. you hung with O for 5-10-15-20-25 years....a few more months wont ki-l you. well.

lol, if ALL (you said all) companies are laying off people, why quit now (aka no severance packages) and find something, then get layoff off end of the year (again no severance due to short tenure). Yes, you should get ready (both resume, skills and money wise), but not quitting for the sake of worry about being layoff (when the other companies are the same). If you quit, quit because you really find a better job.

Let AI help would be a lot quicker and accurate.
Larry said on video that AI was going to improve all things at Oracle.
Not sure he understands yet that AI forensic tools are needed
AI needs to compare budget to payroll and look for timing patterns.
AI needs to verify expense report details (customers?) reimbursements etc
Then determine who to layoff. Bet AI would not select a producer.
Ai needs to pull all emails re: patents since Larry has been accumulating personal info to sell at some point then there shouldn't be a problem retrieving deleted emails
