I can sort of understand that they value us less and less, but have you noticed that they don't care much about customers either? It's sad what this place has turned into.

The Art of Business or is that book actually called the Art of War, I can’t remember. Any way, I googled the definition of both phrases and it keeps coming back with name Windstream. I think it’s because their mindset is conquering customers, not taking care of their needs.
They do care, they care about their bonuses which you will not see.
The only thing that matters is cooking the books so the CEO can get a bonus.
It's not about the customer. It's not about the employees. It's about the big man at the top getting richer.
The matrix is all about net adds. WS doesn’t care about loyal customers as long as they can get a new customer
