Are raises and RSUs already given out ?
wohooo 90K RSUs.
Most people are getting 50K RSUs.
No raise, only 50k in rsu’s.
Guy's don't make it more painful than it should be.
Anyone in Fusion Support confirm if raises\RSUs already given for this year ? Should i still have hope.

No Bonus. No raise. 50K RSU.
No cash bonus or raise in my GBU, but got RSUs worth about 10% or so of my salary.

Is it a kiss of death though? I got some RSU a year prior and now it made me a prime candidate to lay off before it vests.

Select individuals is the key.
GBU giving RSU and/or bonus’ to select individuals. Should have all conversations before Sept 1. Yes money is being given this year.

%2 was the LOWEST the monthly inflation rate was for that fiscal year. More money going up the chain...

Yup, hence the annual "drift" when raises, bonuses and RSU's are awarded.
"Equity Awards" are being calculated, your management should have entered them in to workforce compesation, as to the amounts, and ranking. Not many people got raises this year unless under some kind of contractual or "Dive and Save". We don't do RSUs directly anymore, but a "monetary value" that translates into an RSU on the vesting date.
It is on a regular schedule.
I haven't had the followup since doing the self appraisal and peer reviews, but it's due soon. I get rsu's every year no reason to think this one is different. There's a little over 12 months between allocations and I still have the one from last year vesting next week.

I was told, but probably lied to? that there were no raises this year, so awesome for people that were skipped previous years.

What’s the motivation here? Work enough just to not get fired I guess, there’s a whole company of people like that now.
I freaking hate this lack of transparency on salary, raises, RSU etc. They don't have to publish how much anybody gets, but at least manage this on a regular schedule. I hate this game of tease and tickle every year. There's no excuse for it on a company with this level of capitalization.
