Wrong - he’s gone because the program was assessed and had issues of no adherence all over the place and went to board and executives. Incompetence.
Word on the street is this was a good thing. Wasn’t something planned, but needed to happen. Talk to folks from that area and you’ll see why.
He’s not the only one leaving. Talented Cyber experts are also leaving thanks to the RTO bullsh*t. My money suddenly feels less safer here.
Things are crumbling under Witty.
USAA policy/practice is that as soon as you inform them that you are leaving for a competitor they walk you out that day. Even if you give two weeks notice.
Watch Linkedin in the next few weeks to see where he went...
Mess with the Witty and you get the karate chop!
USAA is looking for ways to fire people and not just at the pleeb levels!
He probably gave notice and they didn’t have a plan, so much for succession planning and resiliency
usually means they went to a competitor or did something on no-no list
I wonder what happened. This was a no-notice thing (“effective immediately”), so there’s definitely some drama behind the scenes.
Not really a position you want to leave open unless you are.,.,idk SVB?
