Radical changes are needed in my opinion. Can anything be fixed here without radical changes? I doubt it.
It is difficult to understand why the leadership thinks so little about the future of State Farm.

So called leadership thinks it’s cool and trendy and gurus people see through the BS and those so called leaders

It's obvious management doesn't know what they are doing but most importantly don't care so why should the employees care??? Garbage leadership, garbage product, trash results. Buh-bye Slave Farm.
Leadership does not accept responsibility for failure. Training is weak.

If all tech exec leadership is at all close to what was exemplified today - then the future does not look bright.
The french had a revolution and beheaded the king and queen to rid themselves of the selfish tyrant. I think unionization is enough here. This guy has lined his pockets and ruined a 100 yr company. Too big to fail? Can you say Sears??
The workers are a reflection of their leadership. Until leadership accepts that responsibility, it's a sunk ship.
The good leaders have or are leaving. Those that are left don’t care about State Farm. They care about how they look and how much they make. The rest of us don’t matter to them and that includes our customers.
I totally get that they need upbeat, positive people. But they have to be able to speak truth to power. If the emperor is not wearing clothes, somebody needs to say “Dude, your na--d butt is showing”. And that cannot happen here.
The changes I see made are just making things worse.
