Nothing we have witnessed in the past 5-10 years indicates that there is any level of competency in senior leadership with this company. Even the first level leaders are extremely poor. How can a person get promoted into leadership when they have no clue how to go about accomplishing the job they are managing?

Some where in a galaxy far far away, many of these people you rag about, had a say in whether to hire each of you grunts. So from that leadership perspective, you are spot on.
If you want a leadership position, all it takes is for you to be a diversity hire or someone who is extremely woke. At least that is what I have seen from leadership.
