The change happened much sooner, huh? There is no bonus or base salary increase to cover at least a portion of inflation (circa 15%). What they do, is they cut payments for your services for a minimum of 20-25%.
But don't worry, FLD will get his multimillion-dollar bonus for sure!
Soon, they will announce Q3 financial results. If they want please investors, they need to reduce operational costs further. It means another wave of layoffs and other cost-cutting measures. It looks like a "ridiculously easy" solution to the problem. Isn't it? Do you want to increase your chances of not being fired? Join an army of "rainbow clowns". FLD and Co. won't touch you. They are scared to death of being accused of being labelled homophobic.
RSU's moving to annual as well as MBO's...motivating huh!
