Bad Leadership

I’m going to stop completing those feedback surveys.
Nothing ever changes, then my manager pulls everyone together to discuss, tries to decipher who said what, and then acts like an a$$ for weeks because his feelings are hurt when faced with the facts that he su-ks at his job.

Watch these backstabbing VPs/Directors put the war paint on and hatchet their way into BS roles at XOM. Watch yourselves…think I would feel safer in Dallas County jail during a prison riot.

Survey says, XOM doesn't care. Ask XTO how they survived... Hahahahaah

I bet they don’t take many employees. These deadweights around here will be in for a reality punch outside of these walls.

Doesn't matter anymore anyway. We work for the mothership now. You think DEN was bad....don't want to see what XOM is like. Sure hope the change in control severance kicks in. It used to be quite lucrative. I'm sure it isn't anymore.

My manager gets defensive when you try the direct method. Too insecure and not worth the hassle.

I never complete them. They don’t have the nerve to make meaningful improvements anyway, and yes, at a minimum, they will try to guess who said what. Managers are mostly weak and terrible at their job, but they receive no guidance. Everyone just seems to limp along.

Most leadership in the company can't handle that criticism. I don't see many departments with strong leaders. All i see are a bunch of people trying to make it to the next level without causing waves.

Why not be more direct. Tell them the truth and put your name to ot
