When is next scheduled RIF?
Maybe they are going to swathe the multi layers of vps and managers at last and save some serious cash. Nah, didnt think so, they are all face deep in the trough.
Research will report into Legal. Development will report into HR No more combined R&D.

The reorganisation is to prepare for next RIF?
As the saying goes,the only constant is change..
So, just another normal week at Seagate then it is.
A ReOrg at Seagate that would be something new and different. A reorg should fix all our dang HAMR problems. Maybe Heavy D is going to repurpose the new Wafer Fab to a Golden Corral/Baker Square. Anyway no worries folks I will still have time for the little people once Heavy D announces my promotion to Senior Executive Vice President of Empty Spaces.
Or Singaporeans losing their jobs also?
Frack. Yet another re-org. I’m sure this one will make more sense than the last one and fix any and all HAMR issues.
