It's oracle way of treating hard working employees. Once joined they are stuck with the same position and salary for even 10 years. Across various orgs and teams noticed same pattern. Don't expect anything to change as long as some drastic changes at the top levels.——- @1hcc+1nr1likn

Seems you forgot that SC promised a kinder, gentler org. An org that our customers will love working with. None of this would happen without promises like these from the execs.
