If layoff happens, do we get to get 2024 and 2025 RSU or just 2024?

And 8 weeks pay, 2 week for every year, vacation time not used
If you're laid off and are offered severance you'll see the terms in your exit meeting.
If layoffs happen?
LOL

And the reason for their firing doesn't even exist anymore. The policy was rescinded one year after they were fired.
To make matters worse, last year some people who took the jab under duress were then let go just a few months later last.

Those who didn't get the vaccine were not laid off. They were fired for cause.
Being Laid off and Being Fired are two totally different ways to be separated from the company.
Yeah you do not get unvested rsu past your next vestments. You'll lose a lot of rsu that was supposedly part of your compensation overall
The people who said no to the jab had their unvested RSUs taken from them.

Never ceases to amaze me how little research people can or are willing to do on their own. The answer is very simple.
- Go to T-Nation
- On the spyglass at the top of the page search for the word "Severance"
- You'll see various documents such as "Severance FAQ's" or "T-Mobile Severance Guidelines (Below Director).
- Click on the links and Read the documents. You can even download them (what a concept).
Usually any pending vesting stocks will vest.
Rsu.
Lol.
Your getting laid off for being sh-t.
Why would they give you future shares.
Id--t.
Thanks
Go to T-Nation and search "severance faqs". Your question is answered there under the stock grants section.
But yeah . The answer is you don't get future years RSUs except for the next vesting date lol
You're basically paid out for the shares that vest in Feb 2024.
