Rewards and promotion in August, why no one knows? Search on HR website!
I hope the promos come in Q3 and not make us wait till Q2 next year.

@1 JDD, you clearly dont work at Intel anymore. Because if you would, then you would know the details and understand that its not just about company doing well or not doing well.
Heard that we are going into a recession and your paycheck is your reward.

Rewards are for profitable companies with outstanding contributors... Intel has neither.
Seriously, rewards are based on the company doing well financially... is the company doing well? Look around and read something other than Circuit, Intel is lagging all of its competitors in every area. Change that and rewards will slowly return. Just because you might be working hard doesn't mean you will get anything for it.

Pat, on multiple occasions, has invoked this call to nostalgia with references made to the “10%/15% Solution” pay cuts that have happened periodically since the early 80s. On each of these occasions, the promises of both restore AND reward were made good on. For him to draw these parallels without planning to reward employees for their sacrifices is, at best, extremely disingenuous- especially given his remarkably meager reduction in overall Tcomp.
