Nestor's having a mandatory in-person meeting tomorrow for almost 1200 people across the company AND IS TAKING ATTENDANCE. You must show up to the office in person and register. Remote attendance is the exception on this one.

Troll for sure. Sprint never disrupted anything other than the life and well being of the employees and their families. Now they have been able to weasel their way in to a good company and have began to make T-Mobile a toxic environment to work for. They are bringing their arrogance into the T-Mobile culture, it is no longer about the customer experience but instead its about share holder profits.

No changes being planned in U.S. Customer Experience Centers. All the changes coming to overseas Care and bloated support roles.

Néstor is the executive vice president, transformation and chief information and digital officer at T-Mobile. In this role, Néstor is charged with bringing two disruptors—T-Mobile and Sprint—together to build the supercharged Un-carrier, driving toward massive synergies that will have tremendous benefits for customers, employees, and shareholders. He is a legend. He is our legend.

Laying off in the US and sending Care call centers overseas.

The deal with the Feds is over. With Ex-Sprint in charge, and doing only what our masters in Germany tell them to, they'll run this operation into the ground very pronto. The only thing that kept big T-Mobile alive was T-Mobile US.

The savings come in the form of reducing OPEX costs. When any company reduces OPEX, their value goes up.
