Why are U-Haul/Ryder moving trucks stockpiled near UPS centers ? Strike? Layoffs?

Are U-Haul/Ryder moving trucks being stockpiled around UPS locations in case of strike?

gives nonunion management air-conditioned truck and radio that's not in regular UPS truck to make deliveries.
hides the UPS brand name from media pictures of strikers standing by UPS truck picketing .
U-Haul has to pay for any Maintenace or flat tires.
UPs managers from other states will not be recognized locally and strikers will think it's just another family moving their residential household.
moving trucks are big enough to also be a center feeder semi truck. can haul half tractor trailer load from UPS main hub to feed center location or just deliver to individual residences or businesses.

sure enough ups said on their website today july 14 they were training non union employees to fill in in case of strike. this is management that has been saying they were going on vacation. they lied it was really going for undercover training. silly, why not just be truthful.

management gets air conditioning, but regular drivers do not.

Is this the reason management has been disappearing on one week "vacation" in last few weeks? Training to work deliveries in case a strike is called? Hope agreements are made by both parties, and no one gets laid off or is out of work.
