This time last year I was put forward for a promotion. It was delayed and delayed, so I got another job with a 22% pay rise with the same % pay rise.
I handed my notice in on the first day back in January. The same day my promotion had been signed off, a 20% rise.
I left though had enough of being lied to by senior management. Plus being under payed for what I was doing.
So promotions did occur.
$1 billion share repurchase completed in April this year. Start of another $ 1 billion share repurchase announcement in April this year. DXC has the money for pay rises just needs to get it’s priorities right!
The contents of the PowerPoint look sensible.
If that was followed through, it would have led to a raise and career progression for a lot of people (between 5% and 25%)>
Obviously, based upon what we all know, that did not happen.
Any ideas, why?

These are 2023, it's more like the managers are pocketing the rises for thier friends and themselves.
A very bent company where only the choose few get rewarded.
Yes. They were cancelled by Chris H last year, hence massive staff attrition across almost all areas in the U.K. Maybe the performance of the U.K. in certain areas dropped so much as a result of this decision he was moved sideways. Christ knows what 2023 will bring,
