I worked at fidelity for about 10 years. I left the firm in March of this year. Best decision I’ve ever made! That company and its management is horrible! They make everyone as paranoid as possible and underpay you every step of the way. Bye Felicia!

My biweekly is indeed 30% higher but that would be BS if i only said that as I no longer get the big January FIDO profit sharing. We will see how the first bonus cycle goes at my new gig have not had one yet to know how much the boost ends up being.

Cannot agree more. Got a HUGE raise leaving. I don't care what they push on LinkedIn, my paychecks are 40% higher thanks to me leaving.
It's great if you're an Exec, if you're not, it gets old.
