Why isn’t Belk’s financial situation being openly discussed with employees? Macys, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Dillard’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Target, Khols, Wal Mart, Burlington Coat Factory, Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s are all transparent with employees, why is being still playing this game of being ultra secretive? Everyone knows what’s going on at this point, why doesn’t Belk and Sycamore just confirm it and either be honest or close the forts permanently. Geesh.

Sycamore is not disclosing the truth because they don't have to. And all they care about is the money.
Everyone knows Belk is fading like a candle in the wind except only English perfect speaking and perfect writers on this Belk board could not face the ugly truth and blame other poor english writers for Belk stupidity and pathetic failure! The first cut is the deepest and hurt so bad!
