I had a 600 pair cable go bad. It was dead for 2 months. Dsl customers still kind of worked… but no POTS lines. 🙃
AT&T can't find a part? Good deflection WS! Maybe dig one out of the asset recovery pallets?
Sounds typical playing the blame game while we do nothing to get these people back in service. We are an awesome company. 🤣🤣🤣. No wonder our customers hate us
