To the OP, no way will I do a walk out. I'm even proud to be on site because my manager has done an amazing job bringing inclusion into our group. One teammate is even considering transitioning and I want to be there for my friend and co-worker for any support I can offer.

Break it down.. We are similar to street walkers (worlds oldest profession) working for a pi-p. The deal, being an employee, is some profit sent your way. Don't like mgmt or feel paycheck/benefits are no longer worth working for, you change company/job (pi-ps) right? Some can't because they aren't worth market rate or currently way overpaid. Flash - the worlds not fair and nobody owes you anything. You play the cards.

Interesting. As a customer why would I continue to do business with this company based on postings like this one and others I have seen? We pay for a service and an outcome and trust you to respect that relationship. How do you expect that trust and business relationship to continue when postings such as this exist? Maybe people are venting, how are we to know that's all it is?
You need to worry more about what your current and future customers are reading here than any of your management/C-Suite types. Your successes are in our hands and not your managers. You better start caring about what we think because the house you're burning down is your own.
