Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

T-Mobile needs to UNIONIZE

T-Mobile employees need to all become union employees. If we had a union we would all be paid what we are worth, we wouldn’t be treated like we are and SLT would not continually lie, cheat and steal from us. This company has lost its way, they keep saying AI is the best way forward, just curious if they will also be replaced with AI as the decisions that are being made haven’t really been made using logical reasoning. They have destroyed our moral and keep trying to make us believe that they care. The people are the reason this company is why the network has become the fastest growing network in the world, we are the ones putting in the work, working day and night not those slugs. We need to stand together and fight against the corrupt and greedy SLT. Lets unionize and unite together and get what is ours. We built this company, lets take what is ours.

Operations take hit. Aimee forced out. All front line ops are like 3rd string. Converge core engineering team can’t keep up with the bad and sloppy deployments and upgrades. The gateway team is worst and will miss smart ops team the most.

I’ve said this before, we all take a stand and boycott…. Imagine if all of engineering, frontline retail, care all boycott! SLT WILL HAVE RO LISTEN TO OUR DEMANDS. WE RUN THIS COMPANY. Not Seivert, Frier, Ulf

Unions have long been part of the US. I'm not anti-union. I just prefer to lead in ways that create environments where I ions aren't necessary. As for Ulf, he's a capitalist through and through, just like our entire SLT. It's clear that shareholders are by far the highest priority. If they did t have such an intense capitalist mindset, we would never have to worry about layoffs. So all this so ialist bashing is absurd. It's capitalism that fuels this company's decisions. A company can be both hyper-capitalist economically/financially and have social/cultural preferences that some of you think of as socialist. Mo--ns.

Why not unionize...I mean ulf is from a socialist country and once he has mined all his gold and wrang out the rag I'm sure he will go back. Dude is like Surströmming...best opened underwater. Wonder why the NE SVP packed his suitcase and split in a hurry.

Agastya and Rahul have formed thier union in engineering. It is registered at the small wi---e committee and they are dedicated to advocating for less salary and longer hours. We just have our 3rd meeting at sidekicks discussing our rebellion against ulf.

Obligatory CWA shill posting we see every month. Please unionize to put money into our pockets every pay period and provide another layer of overhead that prevent business.

Forming a union takes time. Start the process now just to break their ba--s. You don't have to vote "yes" and you can still mess with management by acting like you're into it. We'll all be out of a job soon enough so why not kick some dirt in their eyes and pi-s in their cereal? Sc--w this company.

Absolutely nothing would change by being union other than having to pay union dues out of every paycheck. You'll still have your cr-ppy morale, and the layoffs are inevitable.

Unions had their place. In the 1800s and 1900s.

Being unionized doesn't keep AT&T from laying off people constantly. They've cut 5,100 jobs YTD and 117,100 since 2018. T-Mobile actually pays the best of all the wireless carriers and probably telecom providers in general. Total compensation with bonus and stock options is great. You can argue that we need better senior leadership and decision making, because we absolutely do. But unionizing won't eliminate layoff fears and compensation is very competitive already.
