I am more than anxious whether I will become redundant or not. Perhaps I'm simply panicking too much? Have you started sending resumes?

Yes already started looking. Part of clin ops as Mgr and feel very disengaged with how PPD is now after the merger and all the quiet cuts taking place. Our employee-mgr ratios were increased recently too which hasn’t helped.
I’ve been searching for over month now (with no luck). But yes, I’m not even part of PPD/CRG, rather legacy TMO but when my site started making director level and senior manager level roles redundant at the site level and got rid of folks who had been with the company 12+ years overnight, I saw the writing on the wall
I’m in clinical operations and and I’m not ignoring the writing on the wall. Started putting out apps earlier this week.
It’s become clear that TMO upper management thinks of us as numbers and nothing else.
Yeah, actively looking for new opportunities and lining up interviews. I love my team but just don't feel confident in the stability.
I have multiple interviews lined up. Not ignoring all the signs, nope.
